2. What personal data we collect

We only collect the data we need:

• Data you provide via the contact form: name, phone, email, the apartment/project you are interested in, and the text of your message.
• Data you provide when you call or email us.
• Technical data for security and delivery: IP address and standard log records generated by our hosting/CDN provider.
• Information stored locally in your browser (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To answer your inquiry and take steps at your request prior to a possible contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and where applicable your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
• To analyse traffic and serve ads (analytics and marketing cookies) — only based on your consent, Art. 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working correctly — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
• To comply with legal obligations where they arise — Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with providers that help us run the site and respond to inquiries:

• Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form messages (processes data only when the form is submitted).
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery (CDN).
• An email provider through which we receive and answer inquiries.
• Google Maps — only if you explicitly load the interactive map (see the Cookie Policy).
• Google — analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics, Google Ads), only with your consent.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — a marketing pixel for ads and measurement, only with your consent.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers (for example Web3Forms, Google, and Meta) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Where this happens, the transfer is made under appropriate GDPR safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or based on your consent. You can request more information at the email above.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the related communication, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Once the purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention.
